“I joined in an online Ask Us Anything at the beginning of 2026, when I’d been a tenant for less than six months. I was expecting to just listen to what staff had to say about a topic I was interested in. It turned out that I asked lots of questions. I think residents being able to trust their landlord is vital (and) feeling that something will change as a result.”
