It’s about making a positive impact on our homes and neighbourhoods
Whether it’s having a say on how we do things, being part of the decision making process, or just joining in events and activities in your neighbourhood – resident involvement is key to how we’re run.
If you get involved you can access training and support whilst you:
- gain new skills and experience
- learn more about your landlord
- meet new people
- try new things
- improve your confidence
- become more of a part of your community.
We’ll make it as easy as possible for you to get involved and you won’t be out of pocket. We can talk with you about reimbursing reasonable childcare, carer and travel expenses – as well as giving you shopping vouchers as a thank you for your time and effort.
How much time will it take?
There are lots of different opportunities to get involved, either at home, out and about in your local area or at Soha’s office.
If you can spare a couple of hours a year, or want to make a bigger contribution, we have something to suit you. We can tailor things around you – to fit in with your everyday life and your commitments.
