Andy is responsible for planned and responsive repairs, energy and sustainability, estates and health and safety. He has over 20 years experience in the property sector, including the last 12 years in the social housing sector.

Beau Rickerby, Managing Director of Soha Response
Beau oversees the delivery of in-house repairs, maintenance and voids operational support services for Soha Housing. He leads the day-to-day operation of the business, with responsibility for service performance, customer satisfaction, workforce development, financial management, and continuous improvement.
With over 25 years’ experience working within not-for-profit organisations, Beau has held a range of operational and leadership roles across housing maintenance and property services.

Matt has the responsibility for making sure we deliver our services in the most effective way possible, with oversight of our resident experience and IT teams. His experience spans the public, not-for-profit and housing sectors.

David Edge, Head of Business Transformation
David leads Soha’s business transformation function, which includes IT, data governance and business change. His team looks after the technology, systems and data that support our customers and colleagues, from cyber security through to digital services. He has 20 years of experience of working in IT.

David Evans, Head of Health and Safety
David leads health and safety across Soha, providing strategic leadership to ensure the organisation maintains high standards of health, safety and regulatory compliance for colleagues, residents and contractors. He’s a Chartered Member of IOSH (CMIOSH) with over 20 years’ experience in health and safety management across the housing, facilities management and construction sectors.

Emma Langstaff, Head of Resident Experience and Organisational Learning
Emma joined Soha in 2009 and has worked in a range of roles across housing, estates, community development and resident engagement.
She leads Soha’s customer services, complaints, communications and resident involvement teams, alongside its equality, diversity and inclusion work, ensuring resident feedback and organisational learning are used to improve services and strengthen resident influence.

Glenn Loftus, Head of Asset Management
Glenn leads asset investment, compliance and service improvement functions, with responsibility for planned maintenance, building safety, retrofit, resident safety and long-term asset performance. He has over 35 years’ experience across housing, construction and not-for-profit sectors.

Jude is responsible for leading housing services and ensuring residents receive high-quality support throughout their tenancy. He has worked in the housing sector for over 28 years and is passionate about creating thriving communities and improving outcomes for residents.

Katie Legg, Head of HR
Katie is Head of HR, with responsibility for leading on people management, HR strategy and the development of our culture. She is CIPD qualified with over 33 years of experience in HR, 29 of those with Soha.

Penny has been working at Soha since February 2006, starting as a part-time Management Accounts assistant. She has a wealth of experience across all areas of finance and treasury within the housing sector.

Sharn provides strategic leadership and operational support across the Sales, Home Ownership and Service Charge teams, and has 25 years’ experience working in the property field.
