Residents of Frances Curtis Court, Soha’s Retirement Living scheme in Wallingford, celebrated the first anniversary of its opening on 4 March.

The party took place in the lounge where Style Acre operate a light bites café several days a week. A range of spaces for residents’ use includes quiet reading and working areas and a hair salon and nail bar.
Twenty minutes’ walk from the town, the scheme is at once at the thick of the lively estate and, with its landscaped gardens, a light, bright and peaceful oasis.
Frances Curtis Court’s interior was developed in collaboration with Oxfordshire County Council as the commissioner for on-site care 24 hours a day. This provision assists those residents who have already established care needs as well offering ‘peace of mind’ back-up for any tenant or owner.
