“Best supported living” shortlist for Wallingford apartments
A new retirement living complex in Wallingford was shortlisted for Best Supported Living Development (rural/suburban) award from industry magazine Inside Housing.
Soha Housing’s Frances Curtis Court, built by Berkeley Homes, is at the heart of the new Highcroft estate. It has 75 apartments, half for sale and half for rent. The development, designed for over 55s, features a café lounge, activities, therapy and meeting rooms, a beauty salon, landscaped gardens, a guest room for residents’ visitors and on-site care staff.
It was formally opened on Thursday 28 September by David Johnston OBE MP.
