The Regulator of Social Housing (RSH) in England’s latest report on Soha, published yesterday, confirms us as retaining the highest ratings on both governance (G) and financial management (V, standing for viability).
The RSH carries out annual assessments of all social housing providers. Soha has once again been judged to be G1 and V1.
This news is welcome given the current challenges to landlords and the residents they serve. As a community-based mutual housing association, Soha is working with residents to mitigate the impact on households of the increased cost of living increases.
