A ten-month community project by Soha Housing concluded last week at a gala evening at Cornerstone Arts Centre in Didcot.
Our residents took part in in-person and online workshops to ‘Play with Words’ (the title of the project) on the topics of ‘home’, ‘community’ and ‘belonging’. They and their neighbours created and performed prose, poetry and music under the mentoring of Soha artist in residence Kevin Campbell Davidson of The KCD Collective. The backdrop to celebrating through the arts was Soha Housing’s 25th birthday.
