We’re proud to be an employer of local people. We’ve got a long record of delivering apprenticeship programmes – from Customer Services to Lettings to Business Administration – and many of our former apprentices still work for us today.
That’s why we’re excited to announce that from September 2026 we will welcome two new trade apprentices. These roles will train with Soha Response in partnership with Abingdon & Witney College.
Managing Director Beau Rickerby says, “It’s now been 12 months since our repairs service Soha Response went live. We started conversations about apprentices early on, but it was important that we had time to evolve and properly embed the repairs service. I’m genuinely excited that we’re now in a position to launch the scheme and really look forward to welcoming apprentices into Soha Response.”
