If my rent changes, do I need to set up a new Direct Debit?

No. The DD instruction set up with your bank is not for a set amount.

When your rent changes, we can ask your bank to automatically increase or decrease your DD to cover it.

But don’t worry – we won’t do this without giving you 10 days’ notice.
