Paying your rent

MySoha helps you to pay your rent conveniently 24 hours a day through any internet device such as the Soha website, your tablet or your mobile phone.

Using MySoha is secure, will save time, and ensures that you can easily manage your home when it suits you. Our dedicated page has the download details for your smartphone, whether Android or iPhone.

All you will need is your tenancy number to get started.

The quickest and easiest way to pay your rent is online with allpay.

Ask us for an allpay rent payment swipe card and you’ll be able to pay at any Post Office or PayPoint by cash, cheque or debit card. Your payment will appear on your account the next working day.

You can also pay via allpay on the phone: the allpay telephone line is 0330 041 6497 which is automated.

Paying by Direct Debit is a quick and simple way to pay your rent and other regular payments straight from your bank or building society account. The rent for the whole year is added up and divided into 12 equal parts, which are then automatically collected from your bank account each month.

If you’d like to set up a Direct Debit, please phone us on 0800 014 15 45 (Freephone) and ask for the Rent Accounting team and we can do it over the phone. Alternatively, email them on rents@soha.co.uk.

If you have a smartphone you can also pay via the allpay payment app.

It’s a free mobile/tablet app which lets you pay your bills quickly and easily at the touch of a button. Simply have your allpay swipe card handy.

You can pay your rent over the phone by calling us. You will need your debit card ready when you make the call.

If you don’t need to speak to us about anything else while you’re on, you can use our automated phone line where you don’t need an allpay card (just a tenancy number). This is 01235 515 940 and operates 24 hours a day.

You can pay your rent at the counter of any supermarket or newsagent displaying the PayPoint logo. If you don’t have a payment swipe card yet you can order one from us.

You will need to take your allpay swipe card with you when you use this service.

You can set up a weekly or monthly Standing Order to pay your charges directly from your bank or building society account. Our bank details are

You can send cheques (made payable to Soha Housing Ltd) to our office.

If you cannot pay online or using Soha’s dedicated, automated payment line  (01235 515 940 available 24 hours a day) you can come to the cash office at our building in Didcot where you can pay your rent by cheque or debit card.

For security reasons we cannot take cash payments when the building is closed.
