Soha Board vacancies

We are seeking up to two new Board members and applications are welcome from residents and non-residents alike who share our vision for vibrant, sustainable and resilient communities where everyone can find a home.

To augment the existing skills and experience on the Board, we would especially like to hear from people who work within, or have extensive knowledge of, business or digital transformation including AI or finance professionals who have a recognised accountancy qualification. The successful applicant will be a member of the full Board and also join a Committee.

All applicants will need to demonstrate a commitment to the vision, values and culture of a mutual housing association, and a commitment to the full engagement of residents in decision making.

We welcome applications from all sectors of the community to reflect the diverse needs and views of our current and future residents. We believe in the need to reflect our area of operation and it is anticipated that applicants will live no more than an hour’s drive from our office

The time commitment for a Board role is approximately two to three days per month to include meetings, training, strategy discussions and other opportunities throughout the year.
