Death of a resident
Should a Soha shared owner or leaseholder pass away, there is a process that we need to follow to correctly manage the change in ownership of the property.
This can be a very difficult time for relatives and we will be as considerate and helpful as we can be. It will be necessary, however, to receive details of the Executor or Administrator’s name and contact details, as well as a copy of the Death Certificate. This enables us to confirm the next of kin and/or relatives so that we are able to communicate fully with them.
