What if I get Housing Benefit?

We will take any housing benefit you receive into account when calculating your Direct Debit payments – your DD payment will just be for charges not covered by your housing benefit.

It is important that you tell us as soon as possible if your housing benefit payments change, so that we can change the amount of your next direct debit payment.
