Making alterations to your home
Major works need our authorisation. For other works, such as those detailed below, we may just need you to tell us your plans:
• Replacing a bathroom suite
• Installing a new kitchen
• Rewiring
• Plumbing work
• Installing central heating
Please complete this alteration form, providing information about the proposed work. Once received, we will let you know whether any further action is required. We may require additional information, such as plans, drawings or surveyor reports.
We will check your lease and other documents and, assuming that we are able to approve your application, set out the conditions that you will need to meet. This may include ensuring that all planning and building regulations are met as well as providing copies of consent or approval.
