We would not usually consider garden issues to be anti-social behaviour but we can provide advice and support if you notice that a neighbour’s garden is untidy or overgrown, greenery is blocking exits and entrances, or there appears to be evidence of vermin.
We do suggest speaking with your neighbour before reporting the matter to us, as they may not be aware of the issue or realise the impact it is having. A sensitive conversation is a better long term solution than a report without your neighbour’s knowledge.
