Help in your local area

Below is an interactive map showing what help is available across Oxfordshire and neighbouring Districts. By using the ‘Town’ and ‘Service’ filter options you will be able to find relevant help in your local area.

The map is best viewed on a desktop computer, laptop, or tablet. If you are using a mobile phone, please rotate the page (your phone) so you are viewing this page in landscape view.

It’s also worth looking at our Facebook page as we publish one-off cost of living event information there when we get it. You can also chat with the specialist team for your neighbourhood when they hold community drop-ins (see our events page) or by calling in to speak to them at any time.

Listed below are all the services that we have been told about. We are constantly in touch for you with providers in preparation for winter 2025-26 but it’s worth noting that some services don’t publish their offerings until the last minute, so we do recommend you save a possibly wasted journey by contacting places in advance. Having said that, we make every effort to check and include up-to-date information, including links to external sites.

Across the region many organisations are offering support in the form of food banks, food larders, and community fridges to help with the rising cost of food. For more information on these services please see this helpful leaflet sent to us by our colleagues in South Oxfordshire and the Vale.

If you have come across ways to support you which we should add to this page or update, please contact the Communications team at Soha on communications@soha.co.uk or call us on 0800 014 15 45 (Freephone). You would help to signpost others to useful services!
