Energy Performance Certificates

Since 2008, Soha has been required to provide an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) to all tenants who move into a new Soha home.

An EPC shows the official energy rating of a building on a scale from A–G (where A is the most efficient and G is the least efficient).

We’re committed to improving the energy efficiency of our homes and plan future improvements including updating heating controls and providing double glazing.
