As a Housing Association, we’re regulated by the Regulator of Social Housing (RSH). They set Economic and Consumer Standards which we must meet. Soha’s Board is responsible for compliance with the Standards, and we are checked on them throughout the year by involved residents. We also compare our performance with other similar housing providers.
Soha has a Governance rating of G1 and a Financial Viability rating of V1. We were last assessed by the Regulator in December 2023 and retained our G1/V1 ratings.
