This informal group is where Soha runs ideas past residents who want to give us their views. We ask their opinion whenever we are thinking of making changes to a service, ask them to review our publications for residents or consult them on policy changes or new policies.
If you are on the Sounding Board, we would either send you an email survey to complete or ask if you would like to be part of a Focus Group, either online or in person.
Time commitment: low/medium
Incentive: minimum – £50 prize draw once a quarter if you’ve taken part in at least one survey or session in that time.
